The 2026 World Future Energy Summit (WFES 2026) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, took place from January 13 to 15 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). As the flagship event of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), it highlighted the integration of policy implementation with industrial deployment and the convergence of AI and energy technologies.
Organizers and Supporting Entities: Hosted by Masdar, co-organized by Reed Exhibitions in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Energy, the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), and others, with high-level support from the UAE government.
Expected Scale: The 18th edition will span 9 exhibition halls covering over 50,000 square meters. It is projected to attract 700+ global brands, 300+ industry experts, and 50,000+ global participants, including government agencies, developers, investors, and NGOs.
