Publisher: Gokin Solar Release time: 2025/09/04

From August 26 to 28, Intersolar South America, the premier energy event in South America, took place at the Northern Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. According to the latest report by the Brazilian Solar Energy Association (ABSOLAR), Brazil's cumulative installed photovoltaic capacity reached 60 GW by the end of July 2025. Small and medium-sized distributed systems accounted for a significant 70% of this total (42.1 GW).

Against this backdrop of a dynamic market, Gokin Solar showcased four high-efficiency modules at booth R5.74. By precisely addressing local market needs, the company became a focal point of the exhibition.

Gokin Solar showcased a full suite of solutions spanning distributed rooftop systems to large-scale ground-mounted power plants, tailored for the Brazilian market. These solutions address Brazil's high irradiation, high-temperature, and high-humidity climate characteristics, as well as its distributed-dominated installation structure. Its technology portfolio encompasses three mainstream approaches: BC, TOPCon, and HJT.

The GK-1-72HTBD module is optimized for distributed scenarios and significantly enhances rooftop space utilization with its compact dimensions (2278×1134 mm). The GK-2-66HJBD module delivers higher power generation returns for commercial and industrial projects, as well as large-scale ground-mounted plants, thanks to its high power output (685-700W) and dual-sided conversion efficiency of up to 95%. The concurrently exhibited GK-3-72HGBD module meets premium efficiency demands with ultra-high performance. The GK-4-66HTBD module balances installation compatibility and economic power generation within the 610–640 W range.

All of the exhibited modules use materials that meet strict standards and have passed multiple rigorous tests. They are backed by a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year power output guarantee, which lays a solid foundation for the full lifecycle returns of Brazilian projects.
