On the morning of May 20, Gaojing Solar held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Yibin Base rooftop distributed power generation project and Pingshan County ground-mounted distributed photovoltaic project.
The construction of these projects actively responds to the national strategic call for developing photovoltaic power generation and promoting renewable energy applications. They contribute Gaojing's strength to building a modern industrial landscape that deeply integrates low-carbon, efficient energy supply with industrial empowerment for green development.
Gokin Solar Yibin Base Rooftop Distributed Generation Project
The project is located in the monocrystalline, machining, and wafering workshops of Gaojing Solar's Yibin base. Adopting a “self-generation for self-consumption” approach, it is connected to the grid with a total installed capacity of 28.437 MWp. The annual average power generation totals 21.74 million kWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 10,096 tons per year. This contributes to Gaojing Solar's efforts to build a green factory and accelerate the development of a low-carbon circular industrial park.
Upon completion, the project will connect to the 10kV distribution grid, supplying clean electricity that will help alleviate grid pressure and promote the sustainable development of the regional economy.
Pingshan County 25 MWp Ground-Mounted Distributed Generation Project
The project is situated on both sides of Textile Avenue in the Economic Development Zone of Pingshan County. With a total installed capacity of 25 MWp, it generates an average annual grid-connected electricity output of 20.0985 million kWh. This initiative reduces carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 9,333.63 tons per year, enabling the clean replacement of local energy sources. It holds significant importance for enhancing regional environmental standards and promoting the adoption of green energy.
Upon completion, the project's generated electricity will be absorbed within the Pingshan grid, meeting part of the region's power demand. This will alleviate power shortages during off-peak periods and support the growth of electricity consumption in Pingshan.
Driving both internal and external expansion! Building on the successful commencement of this project batch, Gaojing Solar will leverage its strengths to intensify development of green energy applications, contributing more Gaojing power to advance high-quality new energy development!
